Jan Milton Ganapin
Biography
He started his career adequately young at 16 as a freelance web developer and server administrator. What may have begun as a mere hobby turned into a purposeful undertaking, earning him the position of “remote” project manager. By then, Jan was managing developers and designers for a venture capital firm based in New Zealand with employees from India and the Philippines. His propensity for leading people, work ethics, and high-quality standards would later land him a job as a business developer and marketing manager of a startup company.
Jan has climbed through the ranks from freelancer to founder of ACX Outsourcing Hub in just nine years.
He is a product of being taught through experience. He started young and has never hit the “Brake Pedal” in his career.
